At MyPleasure, we guarantee that all products we sell are of the highest
quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his
or her purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable.
If you need to return a MyPleasure product, please refer to the following
information:
Order Cancellation:
Our order fulfillment process is streamlined so that once an order is placed it is immediately forwarded to the warehouse for packing and shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, it is extremely difficult to cancel an order after being submitted to the shipping department. If you must cancel an order that is completed and ready to ship you will be billed a $15.00 cancellation fee. Once an order has been picked up by our delivery carriers, it cannot be cancelled.
Refused Order:
Packages returned to us via Fedex or USPS as "refused", will be charged a $15 returned package fee in addition to freight charges.
Returns Within 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within the
first 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange. We
will, based on your preference, either replace the item free of charge
(for defective products) or provide store credit in the amount of your
original purchase (excluding shipping and handling).
Returns After 30 Days
For up to one year, you may return any item that malfunctions due to defects
in materials or workmanship. We will replace your item with a functioning
version of the same or equivalent product. If the original item is not in
stock or is otherwise unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal
or greater value.
Even after a year, we will do our best to make sure everything we sell will
continue to enhance your pleasure and your life. Simply drop us an email,
and we'll see what we can do.
MyPleasure.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on
orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment
tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package,
please contact your carrier. In the event of an undeliverable shipment,
MyPleasure.com will refund the credit card for the amount of the product
purchased only. Shipping charges will still apply.
Requesting a Return
To inquire about returning a product,
contact us
and provide your name, order ID and a brief
description of the problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to
return your package. Please be aware that we cannot accept return
merchandise that arrives without an RMA number on the outside of the
package. Please note that store credits cannot be processed until we
have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is
the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit card refunds it
may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card
statement. We never resell returned merchandise.
Fraud
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more
than $50 of any fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for
any of this $50, MyPleasure will cover the entire liability for you, up to
the full $50. MyPleasure will only cover this liability if the unauthorized
use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at MyPleasure while using our secure server. In the event of
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card
provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. To contact

Billing Act does not cover liability for automatic debit cards or check
cards. At MyPleasure, we recommend using a credit card rather than a debit
or check card when purchasing products online.
