LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason for a period of
thirty (30) days after the date of purchase (the "Refund Period") you may
request a full refund in the form of store credit for item(s)(excluding any
taxes, shipping and handling charges paid by the buyer). Seller also
warrants that its products will perform according to its published
specifications. This warranty shall be provided only for a period of one
year after the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). During the warranty
period, the seller will promptly replace any products that do not conform to
the sellers' published specifications or, at the seller's option, refund the
purchase price in the form of store credit (excluding any taxes, shipping
and handling charges paid by the buyer) for any nonconforming products sold
to the buyer.
BUYER AND SELLER AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR NONCONFORMING
PRODUCTS SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR, AT SELLER'S OPTION,
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE TO BUYER IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT (EXCLUDING
TAXES, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING CHARGES PAID BY THE BUYER).
SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY
WARRANTY OF ANY OTHER KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS THAT PROHIBIT DISCLAIMER
OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
This warranty shall not apply to loss or damage in shipping, accident,
unreasonable use, or buyer's negligence. Seller specifically disclaims any
warranty or liability for products resold in packages other than Seller's
original packing and for products altered in any way by others after sale.
Seller reserves the right to examine any defective products to determine
whether the warranty applies.
PLEASE CONSULT YOUR STATE'S LAWS. YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS IN ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
