ALL 2 Day and Next Day orders received before 5 PM EST are shipped the same business day via Federal Express. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express service to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses or any International locations at this time.


All 7-10 Business Day service level orders are processed and shipped no later than the next business day they are received or the next business day.

Domestic Shipping
MyPleasure offers three delivery options: Standard Ground, Fedex 2-Day and Fedex Overnight. Shipments will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment that will provide you with full in-transit details and an expected delivery date.


Standard Ground (7 – 10 Day Service )
7 - 10 Business Day orders are processed and shipped no later than the next business day and usually arrive within 7 business days, but can take up to 10 business days from the day they are shipped.

We can provide a tracking number for almost all packages (tracking not available for US Territories and Military addresses).

Please Note:

  • Depending on your location, packages being sent standard ground may be handed off to USPS for delivery. If you cannot receive packages delivered to your physical address via USPS, please provide a PO Box for ground delivery. If you prefer that your order be delivered straight to your door, provide the physical address, select "2-day" or "Overnight" shipping and your order will be delivered via Federal Express.
  • Orders to certain areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take additional days.
  • * Orders to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and Military Addresses may take longer than 10 Business Days, due to limitations of ground delivery services to those areas.

FedEx 2 Business Day Service
2 Day orders that are received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. For most U.S. locations, orders will arrive within two business days by 4:30 p.m. (7:00 p.m. to residential addresses).

  • Orders to rural addresses may take one extra business day.
  • 2 Day orders will no longer require a signature at time of delivery on residential orders unless requested by customer
  • 2 Day is not available for, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
  • Saturday delivery may not be available for all 2 Day shipments.
  • 2 Day is not available for PO Boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.

Fedex Overnight (Next Business Day) Service
Next Day orders that are received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time are processed and shipped the same business day we receive them and should arrive by 3:00 p.m. the following business day.

Please Note:

  • Orders to rural addresses may take one extra business day.
  • Next Day orders will no longer require a signature at time of delivery on residential orders, unless requested by customer.
  • Next Day is not available for PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
  • For Saturday delivery, Priority Next Day is available for orders placed by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Fridays

International
Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. We encourage you to provide an email address and phone number in case problems arise. You may be held responsible for customs or other fees upon your shipment's arrival to your country.

International orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Unless there is a problem with clearing customs, international shipments will be delivered within one to two weeks of the day they are shipped, though they may actually arrive sooner.

Please Note: Orders to Canada must be shipped via International Service.


Tracking Your Order
To find out the status of your shipment, contact  the carrier directly and they will look it up using your tracking number. There are three different ways you can find your tracking number:

  • Receipt Page
    checking out, the final page you see will summarize the details of your order. Bookmark that page and check it later for the tracking information, which is updated when your order ships.
  • Email Confirmation
    As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at service@MyPleasure.com and we will send you your tracking number.
  • Check Order Status Page
    You can also visit the MyPleasure Check Order Status Page, where you will enter the email address you gave us with your billing address when you placed your order. If you have ordered with us more than once, you will also need to enter your order number.

If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. MyPleasure is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.


Undeliverable Orders
Undeliverable orders -- including 2 Day and Next Day orders that are sent to PO boxes -- will be returned to the MyPleasure distribution center. If you provided an e-mail or phone number when you placed your order, a customer service representative from MyPleasure will contact you. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address, getting a refund (if you paid with a credit card) or getting store credit (if you paid with a check, TeleCheck or money order). Refunds and store credits will be given for the product purchased and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping charges.

Please Note: Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.


Backordered Items
MyPleasure does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available.

In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.


Definition of a Business Day
All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Next Day orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
